“The only thing that is constant is change”
Do you like change? How about surprises? If you’re a “go with the flow” kind of person, this post isn’t for you. And actually, Bytebrand probably isn’t the right fit for you either.
After wrapping up a successful first quarter in 2017, following a wildly successful 2016, we knew it was time to push the envelope even more. We are hiring new talented people, we are growing as a company and as a team.
With everything else changing for the better, we decided it was time to make a change to our environment too. We set out to create the best place to work.
This big change is going to make sure that happens.
First let me back up a bit and tell you a bit about why we are so big on change.
At Bytebrand, our main goal is quality. One big, happy team can achieve things that one person can’t even imagine. A team of people who are bored and uninterested will never perform at their best. That’s why we wanted to create the best office for our employees.
They get the most comfortable work stations, the best view, stunning terraces, rooms to relax, and rooms to meet.
All of that lives inside our new Bytebrand office.
The best part about the whole thing is that it was a surprise!
It took months of sneaking around. Scoping out new locations, cutting edge designs...it was like living in a cross between James Bond and Extreme Home Makeovers.
We held the big reveal at a specially called meeting for the employees.
The idea was to make something tremendous and we definitely delivered. Everywhere we look we can see Bytebrand logos, mirrors, and lots of free space. Comfy spots for relaxing, and collaborative spots for working.
It even has provisions for hanging out away from work - a terrace for summer BBQs and a dedicated movie and video gaming space.
Let me leave you with another quote about change.
“The more things change, the more they stay the same”
Bytebrand is changing, and growing every day. We make it our top priority to keep our staff happy to do amazing work and reward them for our growth.
That was our priority when we started, and it’s still our priority today. Now we just show it in bigger, shinier ways :)
